The winter season is almost over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be prepared for next year, right? My favorite crochet patterns are the easiest ones to follow. I don’t want to have to decipher meaning from strange instructions. This crochet pattern is very simple, easy to follow, and uses simple stitches to create a hat that is comfortable and stylish.
Here is my pattern:
I used worsted weight (4) red heart yarn.
I used an I hook.
Abbreviations:
sc: single crochet
fpdc: Front Post double crochet
bpdc: back post double crochet.
ss: slip stitch
sk: skip
FO: Fasten Off
(Stitch count can be found in parenthesis.)
NOTE: Don’t join at the end of the round unless otherwise stated, use a stitch marker and work in continuous rounds.
Pattern:
Either use a magic circle or chain 4.
